Just some thoughts and in my opinion that most important thing to consider is her comfortability with being able to use and function the gun.... Many women can't operate semi autos comfortably in no pressure situations and therefore won't be likely able to in pressured situations (and they think of all that and generally want to know and be comfortable from my experience - not just here pull the trigger). Grip strength to rack the slide, clear a jam, weaker wrists causing a jam, loading, unloading etc. If she is, then great and do it but having been in the biz for a number of years I have seen many pistols come back because she wasn't able to operate or was not comfortable with the whole process. I don't know much about the S&W EZ series but does address some those concerns but again no idea on the quality/reliability etc. Many 9s are too harsh and some of the smaller 9s and 380s are hard to grip the slide to operate or smaller controls aren't comfortable. I love the Ruger LCR 32 Ruger - great recoil and plenty of bark or just a nice slim J-series 38s with some 125 or something is an option for those not comfortable with the s/a.

Polaris RZR 800 and tilt trailer (couple questions)
jdown replied to grapevinedave's topic in Other Hunting Gear
I don't think it's the trailer tires that are the issue, it's the lifted chevy with the vortex sticker going 80 that pulling it that is the cause. Sorry bowtie guys - go get 'em -
obviously the chiefs are going to command a premium on tkts and the chargers have hopes with that harbough guy, but still thinking would be cheaper and easier than Denver or LV.... Good for your son too! well done!

I would think Chargers would be easy drive and best price for tkts but like you I don't follow. Just thinking not a great team and heavy competition for fan base with all the other teams so prices can't be terrible? But then again who knows it is the NFL and it is Ca.

Just in case anyone is looking for by chance - I was picking up an FFL today at Az Firearms in Gilbert and they had a barrel full of wood stocks - looked to be all vintages of winchester 70s but I didn't go through more than 3 or 4 out of the barrel of a dozen or more. If anyone is looking prices looked good ($20-$40) on the few I looked at.

I have a Savage 42 https://www.savagearms.com/content?p=firearms&a=product_summary&s=22440 that does select the barrel on the hammer.

Very lightly used unit. Its first 5-7 years was the typical 4-5 hunt/camp trips a year. The last 8-10 is run every other month for an hour in the garage. Annual oil changes, new battery last year. Only damage is to top cowling as shown. Gilbert Josh 480-369-4923

Explosive 338 Coyote Bullet!!!

Dude bro -
Hey all. I have a low low mile EU3K that gets run in the garage every 2-3 months and oil changed every year but hasn't done anything more in 10 years. Thinking about seeing if anyone would be interested in trading for a 2200 that I would use more. I put a new battery in the 3k last year and like I said yearly oil changes and probably has run 10 hours a year for the last 10... just to keep it alive. Let me know any thoughts - thanks Josh 480-369-4923
