Not to butt in but I talk about these a lot so forgive me nhez but psa for those that don’t know, the original stock with this rifle is adjustable lop using shims between the stock and recoil pad down to 12 3/4 (1/4 more than a std youth) - meaning talk about a great set up for larger youth or ladies gun that with the turn of two screws turns back into a std lop for any adult male. For $1050 one helluva family hunting set up with almost no barrel weight for women or kids to shoulder and hold comfortably not to mention carry for anyone and shoot lights out. Glws.

I have not Dana but was at Bartling yesterday and as you said busy. I think 3-4 weeks out for most things. Great guys though. John over at All Start electric was always square with me in the past but guessing busy too but might be worth a call. Good luck

I have 2 big boy cots and both are in great condition (fabric is tight and like new) as are the pads. I'll get some measurements and pictures up tonight but if anyone is starting to look and interested - let me know. From what I can tell Xl cots are $120-150 and pads are about $100. I/my son have the Savage UL in 280ai and 6.5prc and both shoot amazing. Buddy has the 28nos and lights out. I can't believe you would be disappointed. Trying to justify the 7pcr as well - have to fit it in somewhere...

who is out there now? 20 years ago it was Derrick Martin - is he still around? PCR has done a few for me/friends - he seems to be pretty fair priced and so far great work.

I know this is an undemocratic thing to say but is there another option like not allowing anyone to enter a sheep draw with less than xx points or something? I don't know how many tags go to less than 10 or 20 point holders every year but has to be a few that might help clear out the log jam up top a bit. I like everyone having a chance and the lottery gives that but with ultra-finite resources such as sheep, I can't believe expecting someone to only enter with 10 points would vilified too badly. Might be a start to something evil I get but just a thought

All are in play for the daily bag limit of 7, just restrictions for several species and the mallard limit changes year to year so I think the species is hard coded and just change the number preceding if it needs to and then additional bag limit for other non-duck waterfowl species like coots.

I'm good with all the rules.. bring them on. Too many roads, too many idiots creating roads, too many idiots using the forest as their storage/summer rental, too many idiots ruining roads that should remain, burning fires during no fires, shooting when no shooting, and so on and so on and so on and so on.

Like everything else, just start enforcing the rules that are in place - but that doesn't seem to happen anywhere anymore.
