If this was a conviction in a court of law, the Commission would have zero jurisdiction or say in overturning it. Only a judge can do that. Coach, as Non-Typical Solutions pointed out, you're going to need a lawyer. The bottom line is that you want to appeal your conviction. There will have to be grounds to do that, and likely only a lawyer would have the knowledge to help you through the appeals process. Sincere good luck on this! S.

Good suggestions by all above! Another thing to consider would be a beginning fly tying kit. Could be a great way for them to get into that side of the hobby! I know that when I got into tying, it really hooked me (no pun) on fly fishing BIG TIME! Good luck! S.

I think you need to get your rumors strait.... That bogus story was proven incorrect and recanted by the original author over 10 years ago (just after it was started.....). Starbucks definitely supports our military in the form of LOTS and LOTS of free coffee! So good news for you then! You can now enjoy Starbucks coffee. S.

Umm.... OK Why even reply then? Lame..... S. Cuz im trying to be a premium member. Sorry, when i think Chinese I think about commie dog eating SOB's and buffets. I dont like any of those things. Seriously??? The question was obviously rhetorical (though not so obvious to you, I see....). How about finding another thread to hijack, please. Actually, never mind. How about not hijacking threads at all. I find your tag line ironic. S.

Wow. Not like the usual Lee's Ferry at all! Historically, the floods they have been creating have not had any negative effect on the fish. Did you talk to any of the guides or fly shops up there?? Just curious...... S.

To answer the original question though, a couple of places come to mind for me. My favorite Chinese place is Gourmet House of Hong Kong (around 14th Street and McDowell). For Thai food, I like Wild Thaiger on Central, South of Thomas. I've also heard good things about Thai Lotus (North 19th Ave), but have not tried it myself. I like these kind of threads because of there really isn't 'the best' place to eat food, just everyone's opinion of the best places...... Great way to discover new joints! S.

Here is a story that mentions Billy Currington backing-out. Frankly, I don't respect him anymore now..... I respect him less..... He agreed to do it, but only backed-out because of the hype/controversy??? Weak, IMO..... If you make a commitment, then stick to it. He obviously supported the cause in his heart when he originally signed-up. Yes! Good luck to all hunters! Also, BIG kudos to Y.O.U. for all that organization does in support of junior hunters/fishers in AZ! Great job to all who contribute their time, resources, and passion!!!! S.

Yes, people get easily offended about things getting posted on the internet. No different than you being sensitive to their reaction, IMO. People post pictures, other people get offended and some comment on it. Right, wrong, or indifferent, that's just the way it is. No big deal, IMO..... Yes, it is good that we have this plact to rant on occasion! S.

So much for Taylor Swift then..... Good luck, man! S.

LOL...... Virtually the exact same post. Imagine that.... Google is amazing!

Do a Google search on "song lyrics ain't cool to be 15" and see what comes-up. I did it and there are several references. One is for a Taylor Swift song.... Is it that one? Good luck! S.

Hunting with an order of protection - Questions/Thoughts needed
stanley replied to naturegirl's topic in The Campfire
I would tend to agree with JLW. Also, your question to this board is 'how do you go about enforcing it......'. Umm, I think you should look at the order and seek a professional's advice as opposed to going with opinions of those here. Good luck! S. -
Might be stating the obvious, but if you want to get away from the crowds you should maybe check-out either one of the Quiet Areas (Rattlesnake and Pine Grove). Plenty of hunters use these areas, but given there are no vehicles allowed, it can be a good way to get away from some of the crowds. Good luck! S.

Congrats on the tag! Beautiful country and great elk hunting! Doesn't get much better! S.

See them right in my neighborhood right in Central Phx (Central & Northern) on occasion! North Mountain and Squaw Peak are fairly close here, plus with all of the alleys, hedges, etc. it seems like there is plenty of cover and habitat for them right in the middle of town. Sometimes I'll see one just lounging in a front yard during daylight hours.... Kind of fun and novel to see them on occasion. S.
