If you can reload then get the 150 grain Nosler accubond long range for your .270. Lights out on anything we've killed out to 1000+ yards.

Congrats to your daughter! We love the 150 gr. accubond LR out of our .270s (4 of us) we killed a few things last year with it and it performed as advertised. We found it shot a lot better when we backed off on the powder a bit (shooting about 150 fps slower than the 150 gr. bergers). I look forward to updates!

The second half of the season should be starting soon. I'm not sure of the exact episode date. I don't get that channel so I will try and keep and eye on their website and keep everyone updated. -
Check out the 150 grain Nosler long range accubond bullet for your .270, find the load that works for your rifle and have fun. I wouldn't hesitate to kill an elk out to 800 with that combination.

My niece Bailee killed her first javelina today. She shot this big boar with her .308 at 250 yards and made a great shot!
