Well, my wife let me know we had a $300 charge today and wondered why it was so much compared to the $45 charge. LOL. Ever since then I have been high as a kite (figure of speech people) and super distracted at work. It will be a long few days to see the results in the portal and find out if it was my 11 year old son, my wife or myself that drew. From that I can say it will be unit 28 or 31/32 that one of us drew. Our point totals range from 2, 15, and 20 respectively. Anyone else?!! Jeff

Yep, I'm an idiot that kicked myself in the nuts. No sheep tag. I knew it was too good to be true. I put my oldest daughter in for a late rifle hunt, and she drew it as a non-resident and that is the $300 charge. Great hunt but no sheep tag. I drew a deer tag too. Sorry for all the hype! Jeff -

They certainly make it hard but not impossible to find the data. LOL https://www.azgfd.com/hunting/hunt-draw-and-licenses/harvest-reporting/ That is impressive to have an average age and score for four rams coming from unit 28 last year. Does anyone have pictures of them from last year? I saw a couple youtube videos from Dieringer outfitters that is probably one of them. -

Thanks and congratulations to the others that drew! EddieLV- I've checked my wife and my e-tag apps and nothing so far. I'll keep at it or just wait. LOL. I don't have one set up for my son. I'll certainly keep you all updated. Flatlander- It is in the cards and actually my wife and I talked about an outfitter tonight. LOL. We'll probably try to do it ourselves with help from friends and family. I live in Safford so I have no excuse to do lots of scouting whichever hunt we draw. Jeff -

Resurrecting this post if the above folks don't mind. LOL My son has the youth tag starting April 18th and I have been racking my brain when I have ever seen turkey in 3c. My in laws live in Taylor so I have helped on several elk hunts in that unit and have spent plenty of time between HW 260 and the Rim road but I haven't run into any turkey. I haven't seen any north of 260 either. LOL Any areas around Pinedale or the Pinedale road to Taylor? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jeff

Hatchet Jack, Sounds like you need to come back this way. A few things have changed since you left but not much. You already know what you are getting into with Pima, Thatcher and Safford. Central has changed with more houses and less cotton fields. My wife is from Taylor and when I retire we may move\up that way. Round Valley is nice too. Sorry, I'm more familiar with the east side of the state than the places you mentioned considering. Jeff -
