RIP Del!

Further south is oak and grassland - where the unit begin is typical desert by Armado- I prefer the later.... in all reality the areas G&F provide are great starting points-
-
Best recommendation is visit AZ G&F website "where to hunt" - then head down there and check out the areas, the unit has much different terrain from desert to grassy oak- preference will be a factor- you can drive the roads in a day then settle in to an area.

oh to dream to win that coues, elk, sheep or mule deer tag... congrats to those won won...

Arizona has been LONG known for OTC hunts- every publication from Huntin Fool to Field and Stream has publicized this for a long time. 2020 and probably 2021 with CV-19 were strange years, many people changed their life habits - no more soccer or flag / tackle football games for little Johnny, kids not in school.... many people not working in the office, people had time to burn. Not condoning G&F paying celebrities to hunt, but they always had a marketing budget-

I am very sorry for your and the rest of the family and friends loss. I am not sure what happens when we die, but the ones that love and cherish us are left with a lot of pain, which I am sure you are in. God Bless you. Andy -

one good thing about Utah the phones are maned 24/7. I called and was told they are having problems, but she was able to look up my application and I didn't draw... which is fine- I am getting up there in points so will draw soon (could have this year but put in for long shots....)

I was charged for the draw (app and license), no email and it says I didn't apply-
