From what I was told g&f releases the charges all at once, after that its up to your bank when they run the charge.

I agree, it shouldnt matter how close you are to any precinct to be allowed to carry with the proper training. I would like to know how many schools in AZ fit into this 20 mile rule.

I believe its over. If you dont see a charge by today, you didnt get drawn. I will still call though when the results come out just to be double sure and besides I like to hear "for the yr 2013 you were not drawn for elk, you were not drawn for antelope, thanks for calling"!
