Im sure they dont validate it until after the draw closes. Its a State agency, nothing moves fast except for......well nevermind.

It wont show up in your portal until its verified. They put out a notice saying so. Its like this every draw.

I have seen people prosecuted over stealing a trail camera. A lot people say its abandoned property, which is false.
