When you buy a brake off the internet and install it your self it either comes with shims or is designed to be clocked. Have it installed by a Smith and you will be GTG if you have him pick one out and install it.

You need a 100# BF. But you may need a new setup.

Plenty of videos on You Tube on how to remove a stuck case. What kind of lube were you using? Imperial Sizing Wax works very well. The best was the Dillon spray lube in an aerosol can but it only lasted a couple of years and they went to a pump bottle, which was not as good.

On my second one. Bottom pan is "well ventilated" and whenever the water bowl would spring a leak I'd put a 10-32 screw and nut through it and there are probably four or five of those.
