How long is too long? I dropped a bear off at a well known local taxidermist 15 months ago. I have called three times and each time he acts like I am annoying him by asking when I can expect it to be finished.

I was drawn for desert in 2013 so I am setting at 8 right now. I just want to make sure I am not wasting my chances by putting in for a hunt that is already filled by max bonus point holders before my app is even considered.

I drew the same tag with 20 bp. I bought the unit map from Sportsmans Warehouse and It doesn’t have the detail of the flatline maps. I went scouting with it last weekend and returned it when I got home.

A few years ago two guys died in unit ten when a snow storm coated their tent. The snow and ice sealed their tent and they perished when the carbon monoxide from their heater was trapped inside. Just something to keep in mind when using a heater in the snow.

Any luck on your Dad’s hunt? I was up there this weekend and didn’t hear a gobble. Saw the south end of a north bound hen Saturday morning and that was all I saw in 3 days.
