That's a pretty big ram. With that headgear and the unique color I am surprised no one has taken him. It's good to see that some animals are still living out their natural lives in this species.

Man, I miss Idaho. Want to trade places? -
I have the same machine down to the winch. These things are bullet proof.

Good goat. Love the shape.

I have some used chewing gum and an unopened stick of deodorant. How does that sound?

He said he and dad would average at 6 pts. Don't sweat though, all hope is not lost. There is still some time.

I'd rather have the 24b tag. Congrats. You and me both Flatlander. Did you put in for Coues or are you still having fun with the mulies? I do t know if fun is the word I would use, having glassed 6 deer in 3 days last year. But we are hunting as a family and that makes it worth it I guess. Don't kill all the big ones.

I did a little stripping in college but just to pay my way through school. I never got into sandblasting though, sounds too painful for this white boy.

Could be right. I may have crossed that up with WY as I was doing it from memory without access to the website.

Elk inAZ are gender neutral, although those elk are biologically female, they identify as Bulls.

Yes. And no. The bonus pass happens. Then the 1-2 (first and second choice) pass happens as you describe. The 3-4 (3rd and 4th choices) pass happens but in that pass everyone gets the same number of random numbers regardless of points. The 5 pass then happens the same way.
-
Sort of. Stick with me cause this is kind of confusing to explain in text. The bonus pass assigns the first 20 tags of any hunt to the applicants for that hunt with the most bonus points. However, it is common for the group of applicants with the most bonus points to exceed the number of tags allotted for the bonus pass. In this case all applicants with the highest number of points would then be assigned random numbers and the bonus pass tags would be given to those with the lowest random numbers. Here is an example: Let's say that a hunt has 10 tags. This means that 2 (20% of the total) are available via the bonus pass. Now let's assume that the highest number of bonus points possible is 12, and that 5 people have that number of tags. Those 5 people are assigned random numbers for the bonus pass, and the lowest 2 are then awarded tags the allocated tags for the bonus pass. The other 3 people move on to the 1-2 pass with everyone else and are assigned new random numbers for that pass. I hope this helps, it's not an intuitive process by any means.

This is the stupidest question ever asked.

The RR industry is rough and unforgiving and the stakes are high. I used to be responsible for track inspections every night and it literally got to the point that I would wake up in a cold sweat several times per week. An event like this was literally my worst nightmare. God bless those families.

If o was hunting with a kid I would probably stay in the pines and find a pocket in a traveling corridor. The manzanita choked areas against the rim could suck the joy out of it for a youngster. For your bull hunt, do what you do on every other hunt. Get up high and glass.

Elk everywhere from Payson north. Find a place with some sign and walk ridges.

This made my day

Scary stuff. Prayers for all of them.

You really know how to make friends.

This was actually the second year. I don't see any reason why they would change back. They are selling thousands more NR antelope buck tags at $300 each and they didn't have to spend a dollar to do it. That's a pretty good deal for them. A lot better than making up some lame new club and trying to force people to buy memberships.
