Great buck! I was out hunting this weekend but had to come home before I got lucky
-
So you are complaining??? Still not sure how I managed not to get drawn for 4A/4B with 3 bonus points. That's some bad luck. yes, i know some of my expectations are not realistic but i expect to win. I am the type when i buy a lottery ticket i am surprised when i do not win. Sounds like you burnt up all your luck on goat tags.

Pup's first pheasant hunt

Looks like a blast Josh. Glad you had fun with your dad. -
I'm not sure it's really a loophole. Those are domesticated bison, being raised as livestock, even if it is free range-ish. There are literally dozens of these operations all over the west. Last one I talked to was charging maybe $2500 unguided. In my mind if I wanted to shoot a wild cow, I would just shoot a wild cow.

Any one want to join up to hunt Mexico I need a total of 5 guys
Flatlander replied to kyle44k's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Mexico
surely cant be any worse then the pressure our units get. Can it? Definitely not, but this is 30x the $ -
At $15 that tag is probably a loss for them after the cost of the processors time and the paper the thing is printed on. Amazing that somehow we found a way to B&M about the department giving kids an extra chance out in the field.

I found a great deal on the 3-9x leupold ultimate slam sabr reticle on brownell's a while back. It's a sweet scope and I picked it up for under $200 shipped. Might be worth taking a look around for something similar. I shot my lope at 180 with it this year. I am a big fan.

Last year I issued a challenge to U of A fans. Loser of the territorial cup has to put the opposing teams logo as their avatar for a year. No one would take me up on it. Typical.

Hey snapshot, put your $ where your mouth is.

Mid 90's Extended cab red Chevy?
-
Hmmm Antmo23 was up that way and his truck matches that description but I had a buddy from a different group of people named Levi hunting the same area. Could have been a possible cross contamination. . ..

Man, that's sure a lot bigger than my first buck. Good work Noah!
-
Sweet buck. Congrats!

Man, that's a buck worth the wait. Congrats on a giant.

Welcome to the site. I wasn't down there but my crowd had 4 tags on the 1st hunt. Killed on WT and one forky Muley. The typical hot spots were a virtual highway, 96 ranch, Florence-Kelvin, black mountain. Lots of other places don't get much, especially on the east side. We have 4 tags on the late hunt, including myself. I am looking forward to being out with my Dad, Brother and sons.

Backpack Hunt: God's Timing, Not Mine

It's quite the year you are having. Congrats on a fantastic adventure! -
Forgot to thank all the members who helped you with scouting and a humble brag about how you decided to "settle" for this jack even though you had past up several legit 14"ers. Congrats on the harvest and glad to see you back in the saddle.

Wow, that is some buck. That's as pretty a 4 point as I can recall seeing. Congrats on the trophy of a lifetime and welcome to the site.
-
Looking forward to more pics and a story. Best of luck.

And love the Docters in the tripod.

Wow, had to rub my eyes a few times to make sure I was seeing that one right. Congrats!
