How close to the barrel is too close on scope mounting? Does this look too close its and 1/8th or slightly less?

Have a nice virgin Tikka 7mm (never shot) with Seekins rings and a Burris PH 4x20x50mm looking to sell or trade. Also have Swarovski 10x42's El range gen 1's looking for El range TA (target assistant) 12's or Pure 12's.
