wil like to share some food that i made

i will like to share this dishes that i made from coues meat.

first is a preparation of bolognese sauce and then penne bolognese.

second is what we call spezzatino, is made with red wine and mirepoix, serve with mashed potatoes, it was very tasty, now with the rest of the bolognese sauce i will make lasagna.

That looks fantastic Maximus!

Did you notice a difference in flavor in your dishes by using venison? (Especially Coues)
