Cremains put into 12 gauge shell

I’m looking for someone who has 12 gauge reloading equipment and who would be willing to put some of my father’s cremains into a few shotgun shells for me. I’ll pay for this to be done. I’m located in San Tan Valley

I’d think you could open up the crimp, dump the shot out and replace it, then reseat the crimp by hand.

I used to fire form 30-30 cases to make 7-30 cases with 8grains of unique then fill almost to the top with cornmeal( you could use ashes) then I’d seal it with paraffin wax or even candle wax let it harden and you’re good to go. 
a word of caution, if you’re in certain cities that have it, these will alert the spot shotter system that alerts the police to your exact location. 
as always use caution, the wax shoots out like a bullet.
