andrewmilich Report post Posted Tuesday at 05:01 AM All right gentlemen I know there’s a section for cooking but nobody ever checks that. I’m looking for a good Elk jerky recipe for the dehydrator. I have one or two that I’ve used. I’m wanting to try something new. I also have a lot of mountain lion, Bear, and javelina also to make jerky with. jdown Report post Posted Tuesday at 01:06 PM I use the same stuff I make summer sausage out of. Dehydrates great out of the jerky shooter and tastes great.
