Grapevine ramp isn’t in the water. Use Cholla or Windy Hill. Bass tournament won yesterday with around 20 lbs. me and a buddy went and caught one each.

Me too. Going to be up around grapevine area

I have not been down there recently because of water color, it should be cleaned up some. I have been pounding around Windy Hill.

I see it came up this week to 46 percent, so that's good.

If you have a small boat you might be able to launch at grapevine, no dock. We have all been going out of Windy Hill.

Definitely got a small boat. Took a bike ride last Tuesday. And stopped at school house. That's really low. Grapevine looked okay. I will probably bass fish the morning and depending on the bite. Maybe float a minnow and throw a crappie jig.

Me too. I definitely prefer Crappie fishing. My Dad and I spent a lot of time fishing with Art Chamberland.

Where are you getting Your minnows?

I miss seeing Art out there, he was a heck of a guy.

I buy my minnows out of Arkansas, 50 plus dozen at a time. They are certified for use in AZ.

You fishing with live scope over trees and brush? Have You seen anyone trolling,or have You tried .

I like to troll with two  1)16 oz. Jigs. Of various colors. With a live minnow on the top and a jig with a grub of some color below it. Run about 1 to 2 miles per hour. That always seemed to work best for me. I never seen to find a brush pile holding them.

Sure do miss San Carlos. Last year was a blast. Hundred plus fish per day .

They are to deep to troll for right now. I love long line trolling but that's a couple months or more out.

I have no established pattern set up yet. I have got them lately off the bottom from 20 to 36 foot. I'm hoping this week they will start to school up and suspend.

I'm no pro, it has been 1 here and there lately. Like they are still spread out, weird.

The only way I can get them is a minnow and a split shot.

Bass are minnow eaters, I catch about 5 bass to 1 crappie, 2 fish per hour roughly. Some days are better. Last week was miserable.

Yes I have all the electronics, don't seem to benefit me. It's nice to see some fish are there but .....
