Matthews Limb Replacement Policy???

Recommended Posts

I do not know about Matthews but

until last year I was shooting a maybe 20 year old PSE

and they have replaced the limbs, cams and cable for

free Twice so I will buy nothing but PSE and they are a AZ Company.

Thank you Pete for a great Company and I still enjoyed meeting

you about a dozen years ago at Earnhardt RV and you gave me

the hat off your head, asked for my address and sent me a couple

of new hats and a couple of shirts.

That is what customer relations is all about and from that day and

the service I received, which was not special because we met.

I will be loyal and probably hijack another post just like I just did

without intention :P

Sorry for the hijack

i dont know about that. i took my lx in to get looked at because i lost some draw weight. now mathews wants me to send them my bow to figure out whats wrong with it before they give me new limbs. the bow is an 2004. i dont mind sending them the bow because i would like to know whats wrong with it also. free limbs is only warranty work and you have to go through a archery shop most of the time. but you never know what companies might do.

If you are the original owner I believe they will replace the limbs. I had a problem with my Switchback limbs that the local dealer would not replace. I took pictures and went to the Mathew's website and emailed them to their service manager. They told me to take them back to the dealer and Mathew's would replace them.

How do you prove that you are the original owner? original reciept? I definitely don't have that. I think my Matthews is a '99. The limbs seem to be ok at the moment. I just figured that if I could get free limbs then why the heck not try to get em, ya know?
