Well I just found out whats for dinner

yep especially those left over - or should I say last packages of round steaks - - only way to go except turning them into jerky

 

hard for me to smash up good backstraps - lol

Just made some mule deer round steaks into some fried venison, not as healthy as over, grill or crock pot but tasty and diffrent! I recomend this recipe! (Add some Louise Anna fish fry)
