What's in you Backpack & Fanny Pack??

Recommended Posts

I thought it might be interesting to share what we carry in our backpacks and fanny packs when going on a bow hunt for deer. Let's assume that the distance from base camp to tree stand or blind is less than one mile. Also assume that the daytime temps will be no less than 40F.

Yes Mr Quimby sometimes it does feel like I need one. Especially after a long day chasing the grey ghost, and looking at a two mile hike back to the truck. It usually weighs about 35-40 lbs.

Sounds like you guys need wheelbarrows -- in the latest Realtree Camo pattern -- to carry all that stuff. :P
