Camera Land I need some help

In My case Camerland made it RIGHT as they have always done.

They have Awesome customer service. Just a funky online checkout IF......your CC billing and shipping address are different!

Agree with you izquik72, thanks for your post! Everything just got reversed this morning and I am allot more relieved now. 4k is not pocket change for me as it might be for others. Yes I did speak with camera land and the individual I spoke with said it was my fault, which I disagree. I did not speak with Doug, although I asked for him when I did call. I 'm sure he would of jumped on this faster. All said and done, I will say thank you for correcting their problem but will not be a returning customer do to my choice.
