10Turkeys Report post Posted December 29, 2012 I have been a part of our shooting clubs sight in service for about 20 years now. The general cencus is that the best shooting out of the box rifles is a Savage and a Tikka. The Savages being the hunting packages that are sold just about every where guns are sold. I shot a Axis model this year in I think it was a .223, was using the cheapest ammo I'm sure you could buy, and it still shot decent. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
