2013 Merriams Spring Turkey Hunt Pics

We had a great spring turkey hunt this weekend on the White Mountain Apache with some good friends.  Our temps in the mornings were 12-20 degrees and highs from 55-70.  The winds were mainly mild making for a great hunt. The gobblers were pretty henned up but were vocal enough to make it very interesting.  I got some good video that I will post soon.  Special thanks to our guide Ricardo Velasquez and our camp boss Josh Parker for all of their hard work.

Congratulations Jay and to all the successful hunters. Looks like it was a very successful hunt for a lot of you. My favorite picture is the turkeys hanging on the fence. Thanks for sharing. These pics have got me fired up for my turkey hunt.
