willhunt4coues Report post Posted January 5, 2016 I have dealt with Swarovski with repairs needed on my binos and within 1 week had them back at no cost replaced the left side of my binos never had an issue since. People say that Vortex is the best. I have dealt with Vortex with repairs needed on my PST scope and within 1 week had the back at no cost BUT within weeks had to send it in again, and yep you guessed it a 3rd time. CJohnson Report post Posted January 5, 2016 I'd say the only problem with Swarovski is they're not consistent. Some guys drop their binos and spend $300 on new lenses. Other guys get them run over by a truck and they have a free replacement within a week. It all depends on the CSR you talk to that day. But that might be the same everywhere.
