AES Seeking Banquet Volunteers

Recommended Posts

Arizona Elk Society (AES) is looking for volunteers to help work the AES 15th annual banquet on Saturday March 19th. Volunteers are needed in all areas and no past banquet experience needed. I have volunteered the past several banquets and have had a blast and met a ton of new people.

Not going to tell you it's a piece of cake, but we get fed at the end of the night, normally steak, eggs, potatoes and dessert of I recall. PM me or email AES and sign up. Schedule of meetings listed below if anyone would like to attend.

AES Banquet Committee Meeting

Feb 23, 6pm - 8:30pm - Cabela's Retail Store, 9380 W Glendale Ave, Glendale, AZ - Banquet committee meeting upstairs by the bargain cave.

No, there is no need to be at all banquet meetings to volunteer.

As time gets closer, details of the event and timing of the banquet will be reviewed.

FYI - AES is having another banquet meeting this Tuesday March 1st at Bass Pro, in the fine gun room. This is a great way to volunteer and get youth interested in all aspects of conservation. Also, if anyone is interested in becoming a member, there is a great deal on membership. https://www.arizonaelksociety.org/types-of-membership

Glad to pass on and help out. The group is friendly and those that go may recognize a few faces.
