Pay the same piece prices as every framer has to in town in order to get the man power to cover the slabs.

I was a framer and have friends still framing and foreman aren't making even close to 3k a week

 

I mean 25 an hour is only 1000$ a week with np over time

Who are they framing for?

 

If they are good production framers Ill hire everyone of them.

 

None of my crews are hourly. They all are piece crews getting at least $3 a ft and up for tract homes and multi family.

They supply all their own tools and fall protection.

 

My foreman are averaging 1500 to 3000 per week . Not all my foreman make 3000 a week . I got about 3 out of 18 that are though .

 

When I swung a hammer and ran crews I never made that but with fall protection coming into play with a labor shortage things have really changed the last 3-4 years
