Heater never used but last time I remember the squirrel cage was loud. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Sleep number in back, other bunk need mattress. Table of front breaks down to other bed. It Has a leak up front. I've done all I can do. If you pitch the trailer a little no leak. Will need some TLC. panel in roof needs replaced. Cabinets above beds need some door locks but I usually run them down for more storage of gear. tires in good shape. Two 2015 Golf cart batteries that I run in series. lots of storage. Not a bad rig.
