Sous Vide - Sounds weird.. changes the game..

So had venison roast for turkey day! 22 hours at 135C it melted in your mouth. 
 

if I was to do it again it’s be a little cooler (maybe 132 like previous posts) and finish it on the grill versus sear it off first. 
 

forgot to take a picture of it when it was ready to eat because we were all starving and I didn’t think about it!
