This isn't outdoorsey, per se, but perhaps someone here is a space buff. The space shuttle photo and embroidered uniform patch, which has all of the crew listed, were given to me by Maj. Gen. Joe Engle, who commanded two shuttle flights. As shown on the patch, the five-man crew included Engle as commander; Richard O. Covey, pilot; and James van Hoften, John M. Lounge, and William F. Fisher, mission specialists. Size is 12"x15"

I spent an enjoyable week with Joe Engle and his son, USAF pilot Capt. Jon Engle on an archery elk hunt in SW Colo. during the 1990s. Jon had already done two tours in the Middle East, including a stint flying the infamous 'Warthog.'  We stayed in a ranch house, and the stories told by both of them in front of the fireplace at night were pretty darn entertaining, to say the least.

The inscription on the matt reads: "Tony -- We need a truck this big to haul in that bull of yours up on Gorry. Thanks for sharing a great elk hunt with Jon & me. Let's do it again! Good Hunting! -- Joe Engle -- Cdr. space shuttle"

I will consider reasonable offers but no trades. Payment via PayPal (buyer doesn't need an acct; just a CC or checking acct.) or cash only. Must be picked up near 67th Ave. & Camelback in Glendale, AZ or shipped at buyer's expense.
