Meopta customer service

I've got a pair of cabelas euro hd binos that need a little work. Cabelas is completely ruined since it's merger with bass pro shops, and they refuse to help me, even though the cabelas euro hd binoculars were originally guaranteed for life. They gave me meoptas phone number instead.  I've called meopta multiple times and sent a few emails and have yet to get any responses. I've heard nothing but good things about meoptas customer service, but for some reason they are not responding.  Does anybody here have experience with meopta customer service, and if so, how did you contact them?

i would reach out to Doug at cameraland. Even though you didn't buy them from him, i'm sure he can help. He has always helped me out when it comes to warranty work.

I've dealt with Erik a few times and he's been great. Unfortunately Cabelas and BassPro are nothing but corporate now
