idk it was a weak rut where i was or there wasnt many bucks. the second week i saw several bucks, other than that same 2-3 bucks over and over and only 1 is a shooter. got up to go today but too windy for me, went back to bed.

Basically, I got home at about 7:30pm then cooked and ate till 9:50pm and went immediately to bed. Got up and hunted but saw no bucks.

fasted all day then did back at the gym. Came home and ate 70g cream of rice 250g chicken thigh in it. 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 150g red potato 60g cream of rice, 52g whey, 100g blueberry. Pear. 122g pancake mix, half cup lite syrup, some blueberries 2 grapefruit

Some times if you stall and you know you’ve been doing everything right, if can be beneficial to do a once a week refeed where you eat back to maintenance calories. About 500 cals, all in dry carbs

So dedicated to the cut I didn’t even drink all week made sick shredding gains. Dedicated to the cut, and also figured I should let the bar chill for a couple weeks seeing how I been turned down by every waitress there. Refed yesterday 400g chicken breast, 400g chicken thigh, 70g cream of rice, a pear, 10oz peas, 5 cups pancake mix made into blueberry pancakes, 3tbs butter, 1 cup sugar free syrup, grapefruit juice with Splenda. Woke up leaner. Tonight doing back, pumps gonna be glorious.

i glassed up this nice buck today. he was walking down so i tried to kinda head him off but he found a doe and went a different way. so i went back and found them, stalked in and went slow af and wasted 2 hours cuz i was in the wrong spot lmao. so i went back, theyre still there i make another stalk. get to like 135 and wait. he gets up and starts walking toward me, my heart was beating out of my chest. he beds again. i have a nice lane 40-90 yards if he gets up and keeps going that way. he does, but at the last second when he was walking into my spot at about 80 but he veered off left and went over the top and i lost him.
