yes, 2pm to 8pm eating window that is fasting. thats an 18/6 schedule but the dude who outlined fasting for bodybuilding does 16/8 its called leangains. but its all personal preference, at the end of the day its about calories in and calories out. fasting simply makes it easier to not eat too much.
