yeah that's exactly right, ND has them everywhere. we have them in a few places and about 1000 where you can catch trout. personally I like variety and not just trout.

^^ no kidding, kicking out state records and 20lb northerns. hmm lets get rid of them and stock 8" trout. dude look through the records on the white mountain bass club page. they weighed something like 19lbs at willow springs once. I went one time, didn't do good at all but I saw some toads.

trout is what they make their money off of.

what gym? that's some b.s. id probably want to go to a different one. theres a lot more benefits to working out then there is to just hiking so I wouldn't take that advice. if it was me id work with the trainer the 3 days then on my own at the gym another 2-3 days.
