Per the game and fish commission, that wrote the rule, it is still perfectly legal to put out as many cameras as you want to.

I remember when people would complain that the G&F Dept were too concerned about opportunity and not concerned enough about antler size and scores. Now they are getting reamed for not enough opportunity. I wish they would have banned tape measures and score sheets instead of baiting and trail cams.

So, phones (with a charged battery) will now a requirement to possess at all times in the field when you are hunting or fishing? Or will they just require you to print out your own tags and license?

A few months ago the "antique" store in Payson had a nice one. The store on the left as you first come into to town, by the rodeo grounds.

In their presentation they said this was being done so they would not have to raise fees for tags and licenses.
