You need to go to the Wilderness Tactical on Hatcher just east of 19th Ave. They are gun savy and very helpful. Take your AR and your sling. Here's their website http://www.thewilderness.com/

You meant $13.00, right? (application fee) I hate Arizonas draw "process", for what everyone's investing, we should have and certainly deserve a state of the art system. It's TOTALLY LAME! -

It's great to see you both out there having fun. Hang in there and hopefully you'll find some. It'll be awesome when your son spots some for the first time. Good luck!

A friend of mine does various camo pattern water transfers on mostly guns, but he did some on cleaned skulls that was pretty unique. I'll try and get a picture to post.

That's a pretty cool idea and looks great! Copper plated from the Copper State. Good going!

Congratulations on your first Handgun javelina. It's a hoot aye? Looks like you were in the boulders pretty good there. Is that out in 22, below 4 peaks?

Nice 7 pointer!

Cool man! Sounds like you setup in the right place. You might want to go back there sometime, use a different call though. Congratulations on your first 'yote!

I found the painted antler photo I mentioned. I didn't want to hijack your thread, so I posted it in a new topic under miscellaneous items related to coues deer. Your art work on that javi skull is awesome, thought maybe you'd like to see the antlers for more ideas.

I was at Cave Creek one weekend and walked through an art fair. One dealer had some hand painted coues antlers that I thought were pretty cool. Sorry the picture isn't that great.

That's way cool! You have them dialed in for sure. Thanks for sharing.

Very awesome bucks! Did you have them mounted? Hopefully the velvet buck for sure. More pics?

Good job rounding up those sheds! You guys obviously know where to go to find 'em. Welcome to the site. -
Wow, arrowed one with a long bow you made yourself, very nice accomplishment! That's too awesome! Huge congrats man.

That is so very cool, both for them and you (parents)! How wonderful it must be seeing them be happy to be so successful and following in your footsteps. Awesome, just awesome. Congratulations to your kids and bravo to you.

That's one bad 'mo 'fo javi! Who knew? Pretty cool pictures.

Hey Casey, congratulations on your javelina. Nice looking 1911. I thought you were going to use your .357? Can't wait to hear your hunt story. Tommy

I'd have to say that just the memory foam as a pad might be too soft, once you "sink in", then you're against the cot. It would be great on top of another pad, but you'd have to have a tight cover to keep them together. I went to a foam distributor (Phoenix foam?) and had a medium density one cut to fit on my trucks bed carpet kit, then went to a fabric shop and got a big piece of Mossy Oak camo, then had a local seamstress sew up a cover for it with a zipper on one side. That is great in the tent or as a spare bed at home. Rolls up and secured with 2 rope loops. Been using it for 10 years. But for a cot, just get the Cabela's cot pad, you really can't go wrong with that.

That's pretty cool! Nice family you have there. I'm guessing that you didn't have any luck with the feral pigs, since you didn't say anything about it. Nice work on the armadillo though.
