This was my dads rifle. he cant hunt anymore but has killed several animals with this. Scope is a bushnell and is dead accurate at 100. He hasnt changed the settings on scope at all and was very succesful. The wood shows wear marks as it was a hunting gun. No issues at all just cosmetic. 290$ and its yours.

Was looking at one at cabellas. Curious also on input. The one i had was very light

no elk tag so we decided to head north and check some cameras and spend the night. was beautiful out but no bugles at all where we were at...here are a few pics...some are old pics as I had the out for about 2 months or so, dates are accurate on cameras

tough unit for sure....get up high and glass, and keep moving. maybe 30 min in each spot and move. Worked best for me.

Well I dont want to drop 1500-2000 on a new set up but i would like to reach out a little futher with what I have....I have a savage 110 30-06 and am wondering if i get the right optics on it how for out can I shoot out accurate without getting into reloading. I would like to get consistant at 5-600... Can it be done? Also what bullets do you reccomend without having to reload, something I can buy at the box stores. Thanks

I ran out of elk ground cause my kids just love it...we eat about 5 pounds a week of it. I have a ton of steaks left and am borrowing my buddies big electric grinder. I'm going to 80% Elk to 20 % Pork shoulder. I want to thaw it our just enough to grind and grind it and mix it real quick and refreeze. Have you guys done this and will I have to worry about Bacteria or getting sick. Thx guys
