Commercial Vacuum Sealer- Want Recommendations

Does anyone have recommendations on a Commercial Vacuum/Bar Sealer. 

 

I've had 2 FoodSaver brand ones and both have crapped out and stopped sealing well after a number of years.

I had the same grievances with light duty residential vacuum sealers.

I yearned for the type of quality and performance found in professional kitchen commercial vacuum systems.

 

Unfortunately, I can't justify the expense, so I found a happy medium.

I'm quite content with our Weston Pro-2300.  Has replaceable parts easily ordered online.

If you are patient, you can find a mildly used pre-owned unit on the online classified sites.

Do you know if this works with the totally smooth surface bags that come pre-sealed at one end?

I have had success re-using the smooth bags that came from where I buy beef.  (Higley Feed)

I normally use the bags with air channels as I find the rolls cheap on Amazon.
