Have you seen the SW carbine? I like it better than the Ruger. (2) 23 round mags and a 17 round mag come with it. Similar in price, too.

Is it a take down?

 

I just looked it up, folds. Probably easier than the Ruger Take Down.

Then ruger takes about 8 seconds to break down. Maybe 5.

I have a Ruger Takedown.

Logically, flipping a stock to one side is faster than pulling a bolt back and then releasing, twisting, and separating the front assembly.

While not promoting the S & W, it is ready to shoot even when it's stock is folded. The Ruger has to be reassembled.

Which weighs more?
