andyyy Report post Posted Monday at 04:36 PM Drew this tag, didn't realize no one I know of guides for it plan A- anyone know a good guide who does this unit? plan b- was thinking of DIY if I can't find a guide. I don't live close but could dedicate a week or so to scouting in the fall. Figured the game plan would be to go out to the area a month (or maybe a week, month might be too long? thoughts? month too early given flight patterns being mutable?) and knock on farmer's doors asking for access. And picking up some decoys. Any advice appreciated. Thanks. If you also drew hunt 9009 and want to tag team hit me up
Little Creek Calls Report post Posted Monday at 06:02 PM There will be a farmer who will allow you to hunt their farm. Talk to the unit manager or the small game biologist to get you in contact with the farmer who allows access. The small game biologist had to talk to all the farmers in the unit and figure out access before they added the hunt in 29. I have never hunted 29 only talked the the biologist about it.

Little Creek Calls Report post Posted Monday at 07:26 PM There are three big roosting/feeding areas. Whitewater, Willcox Playa and Duncan. What the Biologist said is 29 is kind of a stopover feeding area between the Duncan side and the Whitewater/Willcox side for the birds that hop back and forth.
