TOBY Report post Posted October 2 I have a 2011 ho sportsman that has original carb. Did a chinese rebuild kit to no avail. So has anyone had luck with the amazon cheapo carbs for 50 bucks compared to OEM that are over 600 dollars. Or is there a carb genius here that works on them? Any info appreciated thanks. kevlar46 Report post Posted October 2 I would second sticking with original and get it rebuilt. I am getting my 2001 Sportman 400 going again after sitting for years ( bought a General 4 in 2017}. Cheap carb lasted a week before it crapped out. Cheap starter lasted less than that. My carb is at my mechanic now and trying to research if starter can be re built or not.
