GSPjimmy Report post Posted Sunday at 01:57 AM I've never looked into hunting Dec-January Coues on San Carlos, but if I understand it correctly, you buy the habitat stamp for $5, apply for the species tag $15, and then if you are one of the lucky 1 of 5-10 to draw (depending on season and unit) you pay $3500 plus the 4% tribal fee?
