JL3255 Report post Posted March 16 RCM barrel, bolt and carrier and trunion, 1 mag, US made mag name is engraved inside the rail slots, hard to see. Boarman03 Report post Posted March 16 Feels like de ja vue! Repost? Question? Full auto trigger would "trigger" it being a machine gun and it cannot be licensed since it was built after "1969?" Except for LE, is that not correct? Even owning a full auto trigger could be possibly construed as constructive intent by the ATF? Even if innocent, the legal fees to prove Innocence could easily exceed $100k? Looks like a lot of fun, but.......
JL3255 Report post Posted March 16 Ban was 1986. This was used as a host gun for a registered sear pack out of a different mp5. The gun is not a machine gun but if you happen to own a transferable trigger pack it will work as a machine gun if you swap the trigger pack. Gun is perfectly legal and 922r compliant if anyone is wondering.

For the year I was swapping date with adverse possession against the government ended. So, for my education, the trigger pack is what is licensed for full auto? JL3255 Report post Posted March 16 Yes on HK guns they are either registered as receiver or sear guns, if you are fortunate enough to have a registered sear you can transfer it between host guns on receiver guns the trigger pack is married to the gun and cannot be swapped. Crazymonkey Report post Posted March 16 Definitely would be fun !!! Put a forced reset trigger in and it would run just like full auto and be 100%legal no registration for full auto required
JL3255 Report post Posted March 17 I built it took, and I took it to a welder to weld the receiver and rail.
