He's only trying to save all those poor, oppressed & otherwise down trodden welfare recepients from us brutish, wealth-hording working class folks.... After all, anyone that earns enough to pay their mortgage on time & still have a little extra left over surely wouldn't mind sharing the surplus w/ less fortunate neighbors, would they?
