Little bit of Dove shooting

Went to the valley today to look at some stuff with my little three year old daughter. Before we left i decided to buy her a little toy gun that she could carry along with us when we go out dove hunting together. Still had about forty five minutes of shooting light left as I was driving through Queen Valley and decided to pull over on a dirt road and get out to shoot some doves if they were flying. Well it was a good decision because I ended up with six in that short amount of time. Just wish I had my camera with me to take some pics with my daughter. She had a blast pretending that she was shooting the doves and telling me where they were flying.

You don't need a camera to remember that. Memories stored in the brain forever but it would have been nice to have shared with us a few pictures of her having fun. Thanks for sharing your story.

I think thats the best way to introduce kids to hunting. I know I enjoyed going dove hunting with my dad when I was a kid. Thanks for sharing.
