I wasn't sure what area to make this post, if this is the wrong place can someone let me know and I will find out how to move it.

Tuesday morning I shot a coatimundi while out javelina hunting. I have never seen these little guys and when the herd of pigs ran off and scared them I had to shoot one. Unfortunately I didn't get a pig but it was not for a lack of trying, they were just smart enough to run over the hill behind the brush instead of out in the open like this guy.

Anyway, I just wanted to see if anyone out there had a full mount of one of these guys and what taxidermist mounted it. If anyone knows a taxidermist that does coati mounts really well please let me know also. Thanks!

As a side note this is the first animal that I harvested with my new bow. I could only be happier if I could have hit the 2 javelina that I missed at half the distance.

Mogollon Taxidermy in Payson, who is a site sponsor, did mine. It turned out great! There are a few others in the Taxidermy area. Vern
