12ga. 3in. mag out of a a non semi-automatic shotgun. It also depends on your powder charge. If you stick with 100gr. of powder it is not bad at all. Sorry to answer for mule, but I own a triumph and love it.

Thanks 1thru6 .... yea it's not bad at all even using more powder. It has a nice cushy pad on it..... recoil is not an issue at all, it's fun to shoot!
