Fletching choices

Recommended Posts

I've taken big game with arrows fletched with blazers and fusions. Fletch up some arrows with a couple different configurations and find out what works best with your set up. You can find out a lot of info with some experimenting. Time consuming, yes. But you will be happier and more confident with your set up. Good luck.

I'm partial to Blazers flethed with an Arizona E-Z Fletch. I've never had a problem with noise and it is cheap and easy to replace vanes when one tears.

trying the NUFLETCH to see if it really flattens out the trajectory,it definitely aids in penetration....5-6" more.....plus you just unscrew the end and swap out the damaged vanes,it takes mere seconds...

I fletch many arrows for customers at the pro shop. I have shot many styles and while i love the look and flight of the AAE MAX HUNTERS if you are ever down range and hear them in flight you would throw them away. They whistle in flight. I use the Blazer vanes. They fly great stay true and are quiet fletched in the Az EZ FLETCH tool you get an incredible amount of helical.

We have always had good luck with the 2" blazers and use them on our personal hunting arrows. Most of the arrows we fletch are 2" blazers, however, we do have some requests for the AAE MAX hunters.

Norway fusion, aae max hunter, gateway razr feather, all good and easy to apply.

I have utilized 4 fletch as well and love it.

Right now I'm using the gateway razr feather in a 3 fletch with a hard helical and I am pleased with the results. They provide a ton of drag, yet low overall profile to resist wind drift and all three weigh less than most single vanes to help keep the f.o.c. up
