Explorer Report post Posted November 13, 2014 They don't want deer and elk/stag that are farm raised escaping and polluting the gene pool and spreading disease. I was under the impression that buffalo needed to be contained in an area with a fence strong enough to hold them. They are not considered ferrel though.
