creed Report post Posted December 1, 2014 So I stopped in at Wal Mart today to pick up a 2015 archery tag. The guy working the counter told me that there would be no archery deer tags sold until January. Didn't we go through this same thing last year? They said other retailers like Walmart should have them too, but I checked last night and they didn't. Who knows If they will have them before the 1st. It doesn't become valid on Jan 1, they're now valid from the date you buy it for one whole year.
