chico Report post Posted June 5, 2015 Good thing with the fire restrictions it just takes one to get away and a fire going. Have come upon empty camp sites fire going and no one around. Also garbage strewn about and sometimes bagged up and just left laying there. The idiots figure garbage pickup comes on Monday mornings I guess. Find this a lot in unit 23.
